David Keyes Appointed as Netanyahu’s Foreign Media Spokesperson

Jerusalem, 14 March, 2016 (TPS) -- Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has announced that the new foreign media spokesperson of the Prime Minister’s Office is 32-year-old David Keyes. Keyes will replace Mark Regev who has been appointed as Israel’s Ambassador to the United Kingdom.

Keyes has a bachelors degree in Middle-Eastern studies from UCLA and a masters degree in diplomacy from Tel Aviv University. He was born in Los Angeles and moved to Israel at age 23 with his family. He served in the IDF in external relations, and most recently served as founder and CEO of a human rights group in New York.
