Jerusalem, 21 August, 2016 (TPS-IL) -- Israeli security officials assume that the explosives found near Metula were hidden by Hezbollah in preparation for carrying out terror attacks in the event of a future war with Israel.
The explosives were discovered three weeks ago by a farmer, near the village of Metula, which straddles the border with Lebanon. Sources told Israel Radio that the explosives originated from Lebanon, but did not elaborate further.
