Gag Order on Duma Arson Investigation Details Lifted: Two Suspects Indicted

Jerusalem, 3 January, 2016 (TPS) -- The main suspects of committing the attack that killed three of the Dawabsheh family members are 21-year-old Amiram Ben Oliel from Jerusalem, and a 17-year-old minor from Samaria.

Ben Oliel was indicted on three counts of murder, two counts of attempted murder, two counts of arson and conspiring to commit a racially motivated crime. The minor, whose name wasn’t cleared for publication, was indicted for aiding Ben Oliel and conspiring to commit a racially motivated crime.
