Gaza Resident Indicted for Dealing with Hamas’ Military Wing

Jerusalem, 4 September, 2016 (TPS) -- South District Attorney filed an indictment on Sunday, with the Be’er Sheva District Court against a Gaza based businessman for selling military equipment to the Hamas’ military wing, Izz ad-Din al-Qassam.
The businessman is accused of smuggling advanced scuba diving equipment into Gaza in violation of the partial blockade Israel hold over the Gaza Strip. Additionally, the man is accused of selling said equipment to the Hamas terrorist organization.
