Haifa District Court Indicts Suspect Accused of Murder and Rape

Jerusalem, 9 May, 2016 (TPS) -- An indictment of two counts of murder and arson and one count of rape was filed today in Haifa’s District Court against Feodor Bizanri, a resident of the city. Bizanri is accused of raping and then burning a woman in her apartment in Haifa in the summer of 2013 as well as burning a woman in the city of Ashdod on March 7 of this year.
The prosecution is attempting to extend Bizanri’s detention until the end of court proceedings.
