Jerusalem, 25 May, 2016 (TPS) -- The Zionist Union’s top two Members of Knesset claimed that the new coalition would lead Israel down a troublesome path, during a conference hosted by Israel’s Haaretz newspaper at Ariel University.

“This government shares a worldview that will prevent us from moving forward, that will isolate us in the world, and embolden BDS (Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions movement against Israel) all because of a political choice,” MK Livni said.

The Zionist Union chairman Isaac Herzog charged the new coalition with leading Israel to “a very dangerous place.”
