Jerusalem, 18 April, 2021 (TPS) -- Gaza-based terrorists fired a rocket at southern Israel on Friday night, for the second consecutive night.

The rocket exploded in an open space, causing no injuries or damage.

In response, the Israeli Air Force (IAF) struck Hamas terror targets, including a training facility, an anti-aircraft missile launcher post, a concrete production plant, and terror tunnel infrastructure.

A similar rocket attack occurred on Thursday night, as Israel ended its Independence Day celebrations. The rocket that was fired from Gaza exploded in an open space.

Retaliating, IAF fighter jets and attack helicopters hit a Hamas weapons manufacturing site, a weapon smuggling tunnel, and a military post.

Saturday night was quiet.
