IDF Forces Arrest 16 Wanted Men in Judea, Samaria and the Jordan Valley During Nightly Raids

Jerusalem, 30 August, 2016 (TPS) -- The IDF Spokesperson’s Unit reported that the IDF and security forces had arrested ​​16 wanted men in Judea and Samaria and the Jordan Valley area during nightly raids. Eight of these men were arrested on suspiscions of involvement in terrorism and of mass disturbances and violence towards civilians or security forces. The suspects were taken in for questioning.

In addition, the IDF Spokesperson’s Unit also stated the IDF had impounded weapons in various villages of the West Bank during the night. The IDF altogether confiscated homemade weapons, two Molotov cocktails, two shotguns and ammunition along with two hunting rifles. All seized weapons were transferred to the security forces.
