IDF’s Iron Dome intercepts projectile from Syria

Jerusalem, 20 January, 2019 (TPS) -- An IDF Iron Dome air defense battery on Sunday afternoon intercepted a ballistic projectile fired at Israel’s Golan Heights, the IDF stated.

The announcement came shortly after Syria claimed that it was successful in thwarting an Israeli attack in the south of the country earlier in the day.
