Jerusalem, 6 June, 2016 (TPS) -- Two Israeli vehicles were shot at Monday night in the western Binyamin region, near the Jewish community of Neve Tzuf. The bullets missed the cars and no injuries were reported.

A third car arrived at a military checkpoint with bullet holes, which the driver claimed were sustained earlier at the same location.

A Jewish civilian returned fire to the terrorist shooting from the side of the road and the gunman fled.

Army trackers subsequently located equipment used by a gunman on the side of the road. IDF forces are sweeping the area to find the terrorist.
