Israeli Minister Under Investigation for Insider-Trading

Jerusalem, 17 May, 2016 (TPS) -- It was revealed on Tueday that Haim Katz, Israel’s  minister of welfare and social services from the ruling Likud party, is being investigated for corruption and insider-trading.

The Israeli Securities Authority has been investigating minister Katz since yesterday, today his name has been revealed to the media. Additionally, the Attorney General of Israel has approved a criminal investigation against the minister.
