Jerusalem, 21 October, 2018 (TPS) -- Jordan’s King Abdullah II announced on Sunday that his country has informed Israel about its decision to cancel the appendices to the 1994 Peace Agreement, which concerns Naharayim and the horn enclave in the Arava region.

The decision comes following recent mass demonstrations held in Jordan’s capital Amman in which protesters demanded that the lands of Baqoura (Naharayim) and Ghumar (in the Arava region) be returned to Jordanian hands.
