Liberman thanks IDF troops following his resignation

Jerusalem, 14 November, 2018 (TPS-IL) -- Outgoing Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman has thanked IDF troops in a Twitter post on Wednesday evening.
“Thank you,” he wrote. “I had the privilege and honor to be your Minister of Defense.”
He also said that the residence of southern Israel are the “real pioneers of our time,” adding that he wants to support their plight.
Liberman resigned on Wednesday morning citing the Security Cabinets decision to have a ceasefire with Hamas following almost two days of continued rocket attacks earlier this week.
