Philippine capital Manila to install MDA control system

Jerusalem, 4 September, 2018 (TPS) -- The Philippine capital Manila will be equipped with Magen David Adom’s command and control systems by November,  President Rodrigo Duterte announced Tuesday, after taking part in a Magen David Adom exercise in Jerusalem. The  Philippine Red Cross will deploy the system to coordinate responses in mass casualty incidents.
