Jerusalem, 8 May, 2016 (TPS) -- Israeli Interior Minister Miri Regev has called on the IDF Deputy Chief of Staff Yair Golan to resign, following his remarks on the Holocaust Remembrance day comparing Israeli society to that of Nazi Germany.

“It is unthinkable that the deputy chief of staff takes part in the delegitimization against Israel, and makes statement harming Israel during an official speech,” said Regev. “He has crossed the line and should resign.”
