MK Lapid: Herzog’s Election-Eve Deal with PA “Dangerous and Wrong”

Jerusalem, 20 June, 2016 (TPS) -- MK Yair Lapid, who heads the centrist Yesh Atid party in the Knesset, has criticized Labor Chairman Isaac Herzog for his now-leaked deal with Palestinian Authority Chairman Abu Mazen.

“The negotiation Herzog conducted with Abu Mazen before the elections is a dangerous and wrong move,” said Lapid at the begining of the Yesh Atid party meeting. “This is the classic mistake of the left- rushing to announce what they are willing to concede in advance.”
