Jerusalem, 2 May, 2016 (TPS) -- A mysterious explosion rocked a compound on Monday in Jabalia, a city in the northern Gaza Strip, killing one and injuring two others.

Palestinian sources identified the dead man as 32-year-old Mazen Mohammed Lulu, a member of the Al-Quds Brigades, the armed wing of the Islamic Jihad terror group. The official Hamas-run Al-Aqsa TV Gaza reported that the explosion was “accidental” and described Lulu as a “martyr,” suggesting perhaps that he was killed while making a bomb.
