Netanyahu Speaks by Telephone with Russian President  Putin

Jerusalem, 1 April, 2019 (TPS) -- Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Monday spoke by telephone with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The two “discussed regional issues,” Netanyahu’s office stated.

The Kremlin’s press service reported that they discussed “pressing bilateral issues, including military contacts, and the situation in the Middle East region.”

Putin and Netanyahu last met in Moscow on February 27.

The two leaders have often spoken by phone and continue to do so on a frequent basis.
