Palestinian who seriously wounded soldier in Beit El turns himself in

Jerusalem, 15 December, 2018 (TPS) -- The Palestinian who seriously wounded a soldier when he infiltrated an outpost outside Beit El, stabbing him and hitting him in the head with a rock, turned himself in over the weekend, the Israel Security Agency said Saturday evening.
