Jerusalem, 30 October, 2018 (TPS) -- The Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) Central Council voted Monday to suspend its recognition of Israel and to halt its commitments under the Oslo Accords, including security cooperation, until Israel recognizes a Palestinian state in the 1967 borders with east Jerusalem as its capital. The Central Council is the second highest Palestinian decision making body after the National Council.
