PMO Won’t Confirm Report of Meeting With Abu Mazen

Jerusalem, 8 September, 2016 (TPS) -- Spokespeople for Prime Minister Netanyahu refused to confirm or deny reports attributed to the Russian Foreign Ministry that Netanyahu and Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas have agreed in principle to meet each other in Moscow. No meeting date was cited in the report.

Earlier in the week, both Netanyahu and Abbas said they were prepared to meet, but blamed each other for not wanting to hold the meeting or for imposing impossible conditions.
