Jerusalem, 7 October, 2015 (TPS) -- In what appears to be yet another act of terror, an Israeli soldier was attacked and his weapon was grabbed on Wednesday afternoon, October 7, on a bus in the southern city of Kiryat Gat. He was lightly wounded, along with another man, and both were treated bfor their wounds.

The assailant stabbed the soldier in the head and managed to take his personal weapon before fleeing to a nearby building, where he was pursued by police forces.

He began shooting at the police, who, under threat, shot and killed him, according to Israeli Police. No casualties were reported among the security forces.

The attack comes just a few hours after a female, 18-year-old Muslim terrorist stabbed a 36-year-old Israeli civilian in Jerusalem’s Old City, among multiple terrorist incidents over the past week.
