Second victim of Barkan terrorist attack named

Jerusalem, 7 October, 2018 (TPS-IL) -- The second victim of the Barkan Industrial Zone terrorist attack, which took place on Sunday morning has been named as Ziv Chagbi.
He was a 35-year-old husband and father of three children who resided in Rishon LeZion.
