Security Forces Arrest 15 Palestinians During Overnight Raids in Judea and Samaria

Jerusalem, 31 August, 2016 (TPS) -- The IDF Spokesperson’s Unit stated on Wednesday morning, that IDF and Police forces arrested 13 Palestinian suspects throughout Judea and Samaria during the night. Eight of the suspects were wanted for participating in violent riots directed at Israeli civilians and security forces.

Five more Palestinians were arrested during a raid on an illegal Palestinian radio station, Radio Sanabel. According to the IDF Spokesperson’s Unit, the radio station was raided and closed down due to evidence that it broadcasts incitement to terrorism. IDF forces confiscated technical equipment and radio transmitters from the station. All suspects were taken in for questioning.
