Shin Bet: Israel Arrests High-Ranking Hamas Official in Ramallah

Jerusalem, 17 August, 2016 (TPS) -- The Shin Bet has confirmed reports in Palestinian media that Israel has arrested Hussein Abu Kweik, a high-ranking Hamas official in Ramallah. The statement said that IDF forces arrested Abu Kweik for “involvement in security-related activities that endanger peace in the region.”
