Soldier injured in attempted ramming attack in El Bireh, north of Jerusalem

Jerusalem, 13 December, 2018 (TPS) -- An IDF soldier was lightly wounded on Thursday afternoon in an attempted ramming attack close to the Palestinian city of El Bireh, north of Jerusalem.
The terrorist was shot and killed by Israeli forces.
In a statement the IDF said: “A terrorist tried to run over IDF soldiers in El Bireh in the Binyamin Regional Council. Security forces responded by firing and neutralizing the terrorist.”
The area of the attack is in the Binyamin Regional Council close to where the Ofra terrorist attack on Sunday and the Givat Asaf terrorist earlier on Thursday took place.
