Jerusalem, 3 August, 2016 (TPS) -- The Israeli Supreme Court partially accepted the petition against the demolition of the home of terrorist Mohammed Nasser Tarayra, responsible for the murder of 13-year-old Hallel Yaffa in her Kiryat Arba home.

The Palestinian terrorist was killed by security forces during the event and his family had petitioned the Supreme Court against the demolition of his home. The  Court ruled that only the second floor of the building was to be destroyed, on condition of the floor not being a supporting structure of the building.

Two of Tarayra’s brothers were indicted for incitement after praising his deeds on social networks.
