Terrorist Who Stabbed Border Policeman Receives 17 Years in Prison

Jerusalem, 16 March, 2016 (TPS-IL) -- Yasser Tarwa, an 18-year-old resident of Hebron who stabbed and seriously wounded an Israeli border policeman, was sentenced to seventeen years in prison.
Tarwa committed the stabbing attack was committed in June 2015 at the Damascus Gate in Jerusalem. Tarwa was convicted of attempted murder, possession of a knife and entering Israel illegally, after signing a plea bargain.
The terrorist will also give NIS 40,000 to Raz Bibi, the border policeman he stabbed.
