Jerusalem, 20 October, 2016 (TPS-IL) -- A total of 6000 people from all over the country gathered in Ofra and Amona in solidarity, calling the Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, Minister of Justice and Chairman of the Jewish Home Minister Naftali Bennett, to legalize the situation in Judea and Samaria and to prevent eviction of families of Amona from their homes.

“In 1967, the occupation of the west bank of the Jordan river was terminated. Judea and Samaria were released and returned to the Jewish people not through force but by the undeniable validity of our natural and historical right to the Land,  stated Likud MK Amir Ohana at the gathering.

The connection the Jewish people holds to these lands is akin to the bond between a child and his mother, and the only way to bring about peace to Israel is to continue building and prospering.”
