Two Men in Haifa Region Arrested on Drug Charges

Jerusalem, 2 June, 2016 (TPS) -- Police arrested a man from Haifa and another man from the nearby town of Tirat Carmel on suspicion of of possessing the hashish drug. The total weight of the hashish drug hidden in bags of chocolate was 3.5 kilograms.

The two suspects will be brought to Haifa Magistrate’s Court later today for a hearing on the police’s request to extend their period of arrest.
