Unidentified Glider Causes Scare

Jerusalem, 15 September, 2019 (TPS) -- A pair of IAF combat helicopters were alerted Saturday when an unidentified glider parachute flew in the sky over Zichron Yaacov in a civilian aviation path, risking civilian aircraft in the sky, and without coordination and regard of the civil aviation laws in the State of Israel, the IDF stated.
The case was forwarded to the Israel Police for further investigation and a complaint was filed against the glider.
