West Nile Virus Outbreak Reported

Jerusalem, 23 August, 2018 (TPS) -- The Israeli Health Ministry announced Thursday, that 68 cases of the West Nile Virus have been reported recently, including 14 cases with severe symptoms, and two cases that resulted in death.

The Health Ministry stressed the the vast majority of cases are senior citizens with background diseases, including one of the two fatalities.
