Women of the Wall Conduct “Priestly Blessing” Ceremony at Western Wall

Jerusalem, 9 May, 2016 (TPS) -- The Women of the Wall organization reportedly conducted a “priestly blessing” ceremony this morning at the Western Wall, during their monthly prayer service at the site on the beginning of each Hebrew month. The ceremony is traditionally performed by males with patrilineal descent to the Bibilical High Priest Aaron.
