Chabad Children

A large festival was held at the Yad Eliyahu sports arena in Tel Aviv Monday to celebrate when, at the end of the first grade year of school, children from the Chabad/Lubavitch Hasidic movement received their first Chumash, the Hebrew name for the Five Books of Moses – the first five books of the Bible – that are written in a Tora scroll.
