Tisha B’Av 2024 in Tel Aviv

Despite the law on closing businesses on the night of Tisha B'Av, the ninth day of the month of Av in the Hebraic calendar, a day of prayer and mourning marking the destruction of the two Temples by the Babylonians and by the Romans throughout Jewish history, some cafes and restaurants chose to open their doors and people came to dine and spend time.
