Ethiopian Jewish Leaders Deep In Prayer

A group of Ethiopian Jews and their leader pray in a mix of both Hebrew and Amharic prior to the midnight start of the annual Selichot ceremony at the Western Wall in between the High Holy Days of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. The Selichot prayers are said just before and during the Days of Awe in which the Jewish nation prayers for for forgiveness as well as to be inscribed for a good and sweet new year.
