Netanyahu Aide Suspected of Leaking Stolen Docs Found with Noose in Cell
Jerusalem, 18 November, 2024 (TPS-IL) -- Eli Feldstein, the former aide to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu accused of leaking documents related to a hostage deal with Hamas, was found in his prison cell with a prepared noose, officials said on Monday.
According to an Israel Prison Service Spokesperson, guards discovered the noose in his cell, necessitating his immediate transfer to a monitored cell to prevent suicide.
Information recently released in court revealed that efforts to free hostages were harmed due to the release of the documents, as were ongoing military operations in Gaza.
