Terrorist Caught with 2 Pipe Bombs

Israeli forces on Thursday arrested an Arab terrorist who was found to be carrying two pipe bombs.

The terrorist arrived at the Salem checkpoint and was stopped after arousing suspicion. The force found the bombs hidden on his body.

IDF Limits Fishing Zone Off Gaza Coast in Response to Arson Terrorism

The Head of the IDF’s Coordination of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT) Major General Kamil Abu Rukun announced Wednesday that the fishing zone off the Gaza Strip will be limited to 10 nautical miles until further notice.

The IDF was responding to terrorists setting fires in the areas surrounding Gaza using arson balloons.

The fishing zone has been expanded and limited several times in recent weeks.

It is broadened to 15 miles as a goodwill and humanitarian gesture and constrained as a response to terrorist attacks from Gaza.

Terrorists Attempt to Set Fire to Jerusalem Neighborhood

Arab terrorists on Sunday night threw several firebombs at the Pisgat Ze’ev neighborhood in Jerusalem and attempted to set it on fire.

Firefighters fought back the flames and prevented the fire from causing any damage.

Pisgat Ze’ev is situated adjacent to Arab neighborhoods.

Arab terrorists over the years have adopted arson as a weapon against Israel, taking advantage of the dry and hot weather to ignite fires and cause mass damage to property as well as the loss of life.

IDF Expands Fishing Zone Off Gaza Coast

The Head of the IDF’s Coordination of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT), Major General Kamil Abu Rukun, announced Sunday that the fishing zone in the Gaza Strip has been expanded to 15 nautical miles.

The fishing zone was limited to 10 miles on Thursday after terrorists on Wednesday set fire at 11 points in areas surrounding Gaza using arson balloons.

The fishing zone was made smaller just a day after it was broadened to 15 miles as a goodwill and humanitarian gesture.
