Rocks Thrown Wound IDF Soldier to the Head near Hebron

Rocks thrown at the Israel Defense Forces near the “pillbox” of Beit Ummar near Hebron lightly wounded IDF soldier, causing an injury to the head. The terrorist was reported dead by Palestinian sources.
A security official told TPS that military alertness had been consequently increased in the region.

A total of 6000 people from all over the country gathered in Ofra and Amona in solidarity, calling the Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, Minister of Justice and Chairman of the Jewish Home Minister Naftali Bennett, to legalize the situation in Judea and Samaria and to prevent eviction of families of Amona from their homes.
“In 1967, the occupation of the west bank of the Jordan river was terminated. Judea and Samaria were released and returned to the Jewish people not through force but by the undeniable validity of our natural and historical right to the Land, stated Likud MK Amir Ohana at the gathering.
The connection the Jewish people holds to these lands is akin to the bond between a child and his mother, and the only way to bring about peace to Israel is to continue building and prospering.”
Stabbing Attempt in Samaria, No Casualties

A stabbing attack was attempted shortly before 1:00 p.m. against Israeli Border Policemen positioned at Tapuach Junction in Samaria.
No Israelis were hurt, and a female assailant was shot and killed by IDF soldiers.
The IDF Spokesperson’s Unit said that a “Palestinian attacker attempted to stab a Border Police officer at Tapuach Junction. The suspect was shot.”
Police foreign press spokesman Micky Rosenfeld said that a “female terrorist approached Border Policemen at the junction with a knife in her hand. When she did not stop and approached the officers, they responded and shot her. No injuries were reported. The area has been closed off.”
An Israeli vehicle was accidentally hit by stray bullets fired by the IDF troops, causing damage but no injuries.
Two Stone Throwing Incidents Injure Three in Jerusalem

Stones were thrown at a vehicle in Jerusalem’s A-Tur neighborhood on Wednesday afternoon, October 18, which lightly injured two Israelis who were given medical treatment. Police units are searching for suspects who fled the area.
A second stone throwing incident in the Old City area in Jerusalem took place in the afternoon near the Lions’ Gate. One person was injured and police units are searching for suspects who fled the area.
According to the Police Foreign Press Spokesman, Micky Rosenfeld, one suspect was arrested by police units for the stone throwing incident in the A-Tur neighborhood earlier.
IDF Detains Three Including Hamas Member in Hebron

Among the three suspects detained by IDF forces on Monday night, was a member of the Hamas terrorist organization. The IDF arrested three Palestinians in Jenin and Hebron, including two who are wanted for participating in “terror activities.”
