Grapes Grown in Samaria for Wine Just as in the Biblical Era

Jerusalem, 17 September, 2024 (TPS) -- Tons of grapes are harvested every year in Israel, ensuring plenty of kosher wine for Jews around the world to use when celebrating the Sabbath and the upcoming holidays like Rosh Hashana.

Here farmers harvest grapes at a vineyard outside of Yizhar in Samaria.
