Haifa University opens China campus

Jerusalem, 20 November, 2018 (TPS) -- Haifa University officially opened its Chinese campus on Tuesday together with ECNU University in Shanghai.The 4,500 square meter campus was set up as part of the Zizhu International Education Park and will focus on innovative interdisciplinary studies for advanced degrees in diverse fields such as brain science and biomedicine. Education Minister Naftali Bennett said the project was a merger between “strength and brains, between the illustrious Chinese nation and Israeli scientific prowess.

“It’s a winning formula,” he said.
