A school guard in Afula was attacked by two suspects in his upper body. The suspects fled the scene after seizing the guard’s weapon.
The security guard is reportedly conscious.

Shortly after 20:00 Israeli emergency services received reports of an Israeli civilian coming under fire while driving to the Israeli town of Psagot, near Jerusalem.
Shooting Attack in Hizma near Jerusalem; Two Injured, Attacker Killed

An Israeli man suffering light wounds arrived shortly after 11:00 AM at the Hizma checkpost, northeast of Jerusalem.
The attack occurred at a roadblock at the entrance to the nearby Palestinian village of Hizma, when a driver stopped for an inspection. While an IDF soldier was inspecting the vehicle the man got out of his car with a pistol and fired shots the soldiers, and was subsequently shot and killed. He was identified by Palestinian sources as Mazen Hasan Ariba from Abu Dis, a PA security officer.
An Israeli soldier was very lightly wounded in the attack. An Israeli Arab man, aged about 47, was seriously wounded from the terrorist’s gunshots and was transported to Hadassah Ein Kerem hospital in Jerusalem.
Two Stabbings, in Judea and in Samaria, Simultaneously Thwarted

Two separate stabbing attacks by Palestinians were thwarted shortly after 10 AM on Tuesday, December 1. One incident took place north of the town of Efrat in Gush Etzion, and the other occurred at a roadblock in northern Samaria, near Einav.
In a junction north of Efrat, a female Palestinian was walking between cars and raised suspicion. She was searched by IDF forces and a large knife was found in her belongings. She was subsequently arrested.
Almost at the same time, another attack was attempted at a roadblock near the community of Einav in northern Samaria. A female Palestinian wielding a pickaxe tried to hit a soldier, who managed to shoot her and prevent the attack. The attacker, identified as Maram Hasoon from Nablus, died of her wounds.
Attempted Stabbing Attack in Gush Etzion Junction

An attempted stabbing occurred on Tuesday morning shortly before 8:00 AM, at Gush Etzion Junction which has lately been the scene of many terrorist attacks.
A Palestinian terrorist, identified as 17-year-old Rad al-Hatib from Bethlehem, attempted to stab an Israeli civilian at the junction, and was shot and killed by IDF forces.
An Israeli citizen passing in his car, aged about 35, was hit in his hand and chest by ricochets from the gunfire and was lightly to moderately wounded. He was evacuated to Hadassah Ein Kerem hospital in Jerusalem.
