World Chess Champions at a Simultaneous Game in Jerusalem

Chess happening event adjacent Jaffa Gate in the Old City, with participation of two world chess champions Anand Viswanathan and Anatoly Karpov participating in a simultaneous game against dozens of players, promoted by Ministry of Jerusalem and Heritage, in cooperation with the Jerusalem Municipality, the Jerusalem Development Authority and the Israel Chess Association, in honor of 70th anniversary of Israel's independence celebrations and to express the importance of the city of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and position chess as the national game of Israel.
