Israeli Military Chief Visits Forces Inside Gaza

Jerusalem, 4 November, 2023 (TPS) -- Israel Defense Forces Chief of Staff Lt.-Gen. Herzi Halevi visited soldiers inside the Gaza Strip on Saturday, the military announced.

A video released by the military showed the chief soldier holding an assessment with commanders and soldiers.

Meanwhile, information obtained from the investigation of a Hamas terrorist led to an attack on a terror infrastructure in the northern Gaza Strip, the army said. Israeli aircraft continue to attack targets directed by the ground forces.

Earlier today, fighter jets attacked a Hamas terrorist infrastructure located on the roof of a building. In addition, a shaft was found near the building that was attacked and destroyed. The information about the terrorist infrastructure and the shaft was received as part of an investigation by the Israeli Security Agency (Shin Bet).

Also on Saturday, Hamas terror squads attacked Israeli forces working to open up a humanitarian corridor for Palestinians trying to flee from the northern to southern Gaza on Saturday. No Israeli forces were injured.
