Mortar Launched in Direction of Israel Lands in Northern Golan Heights

A mortar has exploded in an open area in the northern part of the Golan Heights. No injuries or property damage were reported.

IDF forces are investigating the incident.

Names of Tel Aviv Victims Released

The names of three people who died in the parking garage collapse Monday have been released. They are 60 year old Oleg Ya’akobov of Tel Aviv, 28 year old Dennis Diachenko of Ukraine and A’ahad Elhaj,34, of Beit Rima.

Three people are still listed as missing.

Israeli Forces Arrest 13 Palestinian Terror Suspects in Judea and Samaria

IDF, Border Police and police forces arrested 13 wanted Palestinian suspects overnight throughout Judea and Samaria. Four of them were identified as members of Hamas, while the rest are suspected of participating in violent riots directed against Israeli civilians and security forces. They have been taken for questioning.

The IDF Spokesperson’s Unit stated that IDF and police forces arrested 10 wanted men during the night throughout Judea and Samaria,  nine of whom are suspected of involvement in terrorism and violent riots directed at Israeli civilians and security forces. They were all taken in for questioning.

The IDF additionally seized in a fireworks store of Surif, near Hebron, flammable detonators and fireworks used to manufacture explosives. The store was closed and the equipment transferred to the relevant security forces.

The IDF Spokeperson’s Unit also announced that shots were fired early in the night at IDF forces engaged in routine patrols near the border fence of northern Gaza Strip. No injuries were reported. The IDF forces responded by firing at two positions belonging to the Hamas terrorist organization.

Local Council Chairman Suspected of Shooting and Killing a Man who Attacked Him

Salman Amar, Chairman of the Julis Local Council in the Galilee, is suspected of shooting and killing a man who attacked him on Monday morning.

Eyewitnesses said that 45-year-old Munir Nabwani had attacked Amar with a club or an ax, and that he had attempted to attack him in the past as well. Amar responded by drawing his handgun and shooting him.

Police said the shooting occurred at the council plaza in the Druze community, and that they have initiated an investigation. Magen David Adom said that paramedics attempted to resuscitate Nabwani, but eventually pronounced him dead at the scene.

UPDATE: Salman Amar turned himself in to local police at 11:47.
