Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Yisrael Beiteinu Chairman Avigdor Liberman are currrently meeting with each other at the Knesset to sign the coalition agreement that was reached between the two of them and Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon overnight.

Two pistols were discovered overnight in the Palestinian village of Sawahra, east of Jerusalem. Police and Border Police forces conducted a search for arms in the village based on intelligence, said a police spokesperson.

An adult suspect who lives in the village was arrested and taken for questioning at the Ma’ale Adumim police station.

Israel’s Public Security Minister Gilad Erdan said on Tuesday that the family of a terrorist whose body was returned yesterday broke their commitment and police conditions by holding a massive funeral that included incitement and support of terrorism.

“The families lied to the High Court of Justice after they promised to obey the police demands,” Erdan wrote on his Facebook page. “It is a shame that the court believed them and put pressure on the police to return the bodies before the Ramadan month.”

Erdan said he has subsequently ordered to stop returning terrorist bodies to their families.

IDF forces arrested 13 Palestinians overnight throughout Judea and Samaria who are suspected of having been involved in terrorist activity and violent riots against Israeli civilians and security forces.

A Palestinian woman attempted to stab border patrol officers at a checkpoint in northern Jerusalem on Monday, the police announced. The woman approached soldiers at the checkpoint, pulled out a knife and attempted to stab the soldiers and was immediately shot. Her condition remains unclear.
